SBP-1629 SMALL SCALE INDUSTRIES- APPLICATION FORM FOR CREDIT FACILITIE
RBI guidelines also mandate that every bank shall have to put in place an SME policy duly approved by its Board of Directors. Accordingly the Bank’s MSME policy and Strategies encompassing the various schemes and norms within the overall ambit of the Govt / RBI directives is given hereunder.
This policy would cover all credit related exposures (both fund based and non-fund based) and the guidelines relating to Credit Risk Management, credit delivery, credit monitoring and recovery shall be uniformly applicable to the MSME policy. With changes in any of these guidelines, at appropriate levels, the MSME policy would also automatically stands amended.

SBP 1432 Application cum appraisal form for C&I trade advances.
The current ratio and total outside liabilities/tangible net worth ratio of the borrower unit should be in line with the relevant norms specified for sanction of facilities to T&S units, according to the latest audited balance sheet not older than 12 months.
The unit should have earned post-tax profits in each of the immediately preceding three years. Profits should not have declined during the preceding three years and there should be no such trend discernible in the near future.

SBP 1430 Proposal for credit facilities in case of CC limit of 2 lacs
25 % of OD/CC limit.
If Limit has been enhanced during the year, the enhanced limit can be considered for Loan Amount provided it has remained in force for the latest 3 months.
If the bank has sanctioned a TOD or an ad hoc payment then this will not be considered as exceeding the OD/CC Limit

SBP 1429 Application for SSI units reg. working capital limit of 2 lac
Small scale industrial units are those engaged in the manufacture, processing or preservation of goods and whose investment in plant and machinery (original cost) does not exceed Rs.1 crore. These would, inter alia, include units engaged in mining or quarrying, servicing and repairing of machinery. In the case of ancillary units, the investment in plant and machinery (original cost) should also not exceed Rs. 1 crore to be classified under small-scale industry.

oans to professionals and self-employed persons include loans for the purpose of purchasing equipment, repairing or renovating existing equipment and/or acquiring and repairing business premises or for purchasing tools and/or for working capital requirements to medical practitioners including Dentists, Chartered Accountants, Cost Accountants, Practising Company Secretary, Lawyers or Solicitors, Engineers, Architects, Surveyors, Construction Contractors or Management Consultants or to a person trained in any other art or craft who holds either a degree or diploma from any institutions established, aided, or recognised by Government or to a person who is considered by the bank as technically qualified or skilled in the field in which he is employed. The undernoted specific categories of advances will also be eligible for classification under this item.

SBP 1326 Application for amounts above Rs.25000/- common for Retailers
Small Business would include individuals and firms managing a business enterprise established mainly for the purpose of providing any service other than professional services whose original cost price of the equipment used for the purpose of business does not exceed Rs.20 lac. Advances for acquisition, construction, renovation of house-boats and other tourist accommodation will be included here. Distribution of mineral oils shall be included under "Small Business". Advances to judicial stamp vendors and lottery ticket agents may also be classified under this category.
Limit – need-based finance may be accorded for term loan/ cash credit/ composite loan.
